Shipping

The following rates are for standard delivery to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska & Hawaii, PO Boxes, & APO addresses. Standard delivery takes 4-6 business days.

If necessary, additional shipping charges will be added to your credit card for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO addresses, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We do not ship internationally.

• We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders must be received by 12pm CST to be shipped the same business day.
• We do not ship weekends and holidays.
• Our standard carrier is UPS via Ground Service. With UPS, your order is automatically insured for up to $100.00 and can be easily tracked.
• Lighter weight packages will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail.
• Licorice-of-the-Month Club packages are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail.
• We do not ship internationally.

Please be sure of the exact shipping address when you place your order. Packages which are returned to us for any reason, whether due to an incorrect address or a receiver having moved or refused delivery, will be refunded the invoice amount of the goods less any shipping costs.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:  If the carrier imposes an address correction fee due to a missing or incorrect suite, floor, zip, etc., this will be charged to the customer no later than 30 days after receipt of the shipment.

Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping offer applies to packages that can be delivered via UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 states. 

Free shipping offer does not apply to orders that must be shipped by another method or to overnight or 2-day shipping.

Free shipping offer does not apply to APO, FPO, HAWAII, ALASKA and Puerto Rico customers. For ALL orders being sent to HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, FPO and APO, AE/AO/Military locations, we will ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and adjust your shipping fees accordingly.

Shipping costs will be added to those orders which cannot be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) standard shipping.

Free Shipping Restrictions

• Order subtotal must be $100 or more.
• Order must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes).
• Qualifying orders must be shipped to a single address.
• Valid only on orders shipped within the continental United States.
• Not valid on previous purchases.

Express Shipping Policy

Our products ship from Lincoln, Nebraska, so if you are deciding whether or not to use an expedited shipping method—overnight or 2-day shipping, please consider that ground may reach you very quickly if you are in the Midwest. Expedited shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, except for USPS Priority and Overnight Express, which also delivers on Saturday.

Expedited shipments Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico MAY require additional time. Next Day and 2^nd Day deliveries to these areas are not guaranteed.

Substitutions

• We strive to fill all orders promptly. Out of stock items are clearly marked on our site and are updated daily. We reserve the right to substitute similar items of equal or greater value for out of stock items. If we cannot supply you with a suitable item, we will contact you. We do not backorder items.

Warm Weather Shipments

• Chocolate items are shipped from October through April to ensure quality products upon arrival.

Order Early

• To ensure delivery for Christmas, orders should be place by December 10^th. Valentine orders should be placed by January 31.

Return Policy

Licorice is a cultivated taste; not all licorice tastes the same. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering. Please call before making a return and do not return opened packages. We do not pay for shipping on returned items without prior approval, so it is essential to call before you return anything. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Thank you.
